Shopping
Wolverhampton is an attractive and competitive shopping destination with two fully-refurbished, covered shopping centres, (the Mander Centre and the Wulfrun Centre), all the high street names, specialist shops and the famous House of Fraser Department Store.

The lively outdoor and indoor markets have been trading since the 13th century and offer a huge range of produce. Much of the city centre has been pedestrianised, creating safer access and a quality environment for shoppers. Shopmobility and the new Disabled Go website ensure that everybody can enjoy shopping in Wolverhampton.
Golf
There are excellent golf courses in Wolverhampton and the beautiful surrounding countryside of Shropshire and Staffordshire.

Starters can perfect their swing at Bantock Park's pitch and putt and the driving ranges at Perton, Sedgley, Swindon and Three Hammers.

More established players can enjoy some of the best 18-hole courses in the Midlands including Patshull Park, Perton, South Staffs, Swindon and Wergs.
Walking
Wolverhampton City Trails have been developed to raise awareness and appreciation of the City's historic buildings and landmarks. The conservation and enhancement of historic buildings and environments are important aspects of the Council's work, and these trails are provided to provide an enjoyable and informative experience for those with an interest in the heritage of the City.

Each trail guides you on a circular walk of approximately 1-2 miles, and provides information on points of interest along the way.
